David from DCRooflines Ltd gave a very expert assessment of what needed doing to my roof, and his quote (including new gutters, fascia boards, soffit boards and down pipes) was extremely good value. After I accepted, two of his team replaced gutters etc in one day and then scaffolding arrived. Next his team of four removed old roof tiles, felt and battens and replaced with new. My next door neighbour and I share a drive and my house is in a cul de sac so parking and maneuvering of everything is extremely difficult, but David thought it through carefully and his team managed it all very well. The roofing team were polite, courteous and always swept and cleared up after each day's work. I would highly recommend this business for its skill and professionalism. I was pleased to discover there is no upfront or deposit required (as there often is with other businesses); that payment is only made when the customer is satisfied; and that all materials and work is guaranteed for 10 years.

When no-one else had the capacity to help, David and his team Ash and Keiran stepped forward. As water hapily ran down the inside of my wall they were able to repair the pointing on my gable end and replace the sealant around the window, and despite the freezing weather, they remained cheerful and upbeat throughout, what was for me, a stressful situation. I finally persuaded my vulnerable parents to have new fascias and guttering fitted, but it needed to be quick as they had birds returning to nest under their roof. After being badly let down by another local company, the window to complete the work was even tighter, but Dave and his team came through. I could not be more pleased with the quality of workmanship, attention to detail and general demeanor of the workers in attendance. Dave himself came to check the work on multiple visits, and was instantly available for any queries.My mum's literal words after the work was done... "I got up this morning and thought I'd left the heating on overnight, it was just THAT much warmer."Would recommend without hesitation. I don't know how they compare in price, but for peace of mind I don't believe they can be beaten.

Really happy with the service from DC Rooflines and the quality of the work. The team were punctual, worked hard and were helpful and chatty in explaining what they were doing and answering our questions. They were also more than accommodating in various requests. Have rated them 4 instead of 5 purely down to their tidiness as there was some debris left over afterwards that we had to clean up and they had (potentially inadvertently) squashed a few plants in putting up their ladders. Despite this they were great value for money and we would happily use them again.
