I finally persuaded my vulnerable parents to have new fascias and guttering fitted, but it needed to be quick as they had birds returning to nest under their roof. After being badly let down by another local company, the window to complete the work was even tighter, but Dave and his team came through. I could not be more pleased with the quality of workmanship, attention to detail and general demeanor of the workers in attendance. Dave himself came to check the work on multiple visits, and was instantly available for any queries.My mum's literal words after the work was done... Really happy with the service from DC Rooflines and the quality of the work. The team were punctual, worked hard and were helpful and chatty in explaining what they were doing and answering our questions. They were also more than accommodating in various requests. Have rated them 4 instead of 5 purely down to their tidiness as there was some debris left over afterwards that we had to clean up and they had (potentially inadvertently) squashed a few plants in putting up their ladders. Despite this they were great value for money and we would happily use them again.
